A special date and new disappointments

Nothing special happened today. Although, we almost booked a hostel in Hong Kong. The Hop Inn. Great location, great rooms, great reviews...until I wanted to pay... took out the credit card...and right then, somebody booked the last room.
Oh well. It wasn't meant to be. It's not the first disappointment, and it will surely not be the last one.

And the trip hasn't even started yet ... =)

Trotz des ausergewöhnlichen Datums lief heute nicht sehr viel. Fast hätten wir aber ein Hostel gebucht für die ersten 4 Nächte in Hong Kong. The Hop Inn. Der Standort ist absolut genial (Tsim Sha Tsui mitten in Kowloon). Aber auch die einzelnen Zimmer sehen sehr schön und modern aus. 
Als ich dann aber auf der Internetseite mit der Kreditkarte zahlen wollte, schnappte uns jemand das letzte Zimmer weg.
Tja...Es sollte wohl nicht so sein. Es ist nicht die erste Enttäuschung und wird wohl auch nicht die letzte sein.
Und das, bevor die Reise überhaupt begonnen hat =)
